1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Killtech website (killtech.com.au) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Killtech Pty Ltd provides pest control, termite management, and rodent control services across NSW and the ACT. All services are subject to a separate service agreement provided at the time of booking. Pricing is indicative and subject to on-site assessment.
3. Bookings and cancellations
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation from Killtech. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a fee as outlined in your service agreement.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Killtech's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and AI-generated reports, is the property of Killtech Pty Ltd and protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
7. Confidentiality of communications
All written and electronic communications from Killtech Pty Ltd — including emails, reports, quotes, and attachments — are confidential and may be legally privileged. They are intended solely for the named recipient(s). If you receive a communication in error, you must notify Killtech Pty Ltd immediately by telephone on 0405 803 750 and permanently delete the communication and any attachments from your system. You must not copy, reproduce, forward, disclose, distribute, or otherwise use any part of a communication without the sender's prior written consent. Killtech Pty Ltd does not waive any confidentiality or legal privilege by transmitting communications by email or other electronic means.
8. Pest management advice and inspection findings
Any pest management advice, inspection findings, recommendations, or reports provided by Killtech Pty Ltd are based on the information and conditions observed or made available at the time of the relevant inspection or service. Pest activity, environmental conditions, and site conditions may change after an inspection or treatment is completed. All recommendations should be considered together with the relevant inspection report, treatment documentation, quotation, these terms and conditions, and any applicable warranty or service agreement. Killtech Pty Ltd accepts no liability for changes in conditions occurring after the date of inspection or treatment.
9. Licences and pesticide use
Killtech Pty Ltd provides pest management services in accordance with the requirements of its NSW General Pest Management Licence and Timber Pest Management Licence (termite) under the Pesticides Act 1999 (NSW). All pesticides are applied in accordance with applicable product labels, permits, and regulatory requirements set by the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) and relevant NSW legislation. Services are limited to those within the scope of these licences.
10. Insurance
Killtech Pty Ltd maintains business insurance appropriate to its operations, including public liability insurance. All coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions of the applicable insurance policy. Details are available on request.
11. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any right, guarantee, warranty, condition, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).
