Our service standards
Killtech is committed to delivering pest management services that meet or exceed Australian Standards AS 3660 (Termite Management) and AS 4349 (Inspection of Buildings). All services are performed under a General Pest Management Licence and a Timber Pest Management Licence (termite), both held under the Pesticides Act 1999 (NSW). Services are limited to those covered by these licences.
Transparent pricing commitment
We provide written quotes before commencing any work. Our pricing is transparent — no hidden fees, no lock-in contracts. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking confirmation.
On-time service guarantee
We guarantee to arrive within the agreed service window. If we are unable to meet a scheduled appointment without providing at least 2 hours' notice, we will reschedule at no additional cost and apply a service credit as outlined in your service agreement.
Chemical and product disclosure
All chemicals used by Killtech are registered with the APVMA and applied in accordance with label directions and Safe Work Australia guidelines. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available on request for all products used in your property.
AI technology disclosure
Killtech uses AI-assisted tools to enhance inspection accuracy and reporting. These tools are used to support — not replace — the professional judgement of our licensed technicians. All AI-generated findings are reviewed and validated by a qualified pest management professional before being provided to clients.

We take all feedback seriously. To lodge a complaint or provide feedback, contact us at [email protected]. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
