About Killtech
Nearly a Decade of Experience. Now AI-Empowered.
Killtech was built on one belief: property owners deserve to understand what's happening in their own home — not just receive a treatment and a bill. We combine close to 10 years of hands-on pest and termite control experience with AI-powered technology to deliver a service that's transparent, tailored, and built for the long term.
Our Background
Background
Killtech Pty Ltd is a family-owned pest control business originally registered in Campbelltown and operated in Gordon, NSW. With close to 10 years of hands-on experience in the pest control industry, the business also draws on a broader background spanning factory and manufacturing operations, building and construction, and community service for local council.
For many years, the owner built his reputation entirely through word of mouth — serving families, friends, and the local community with a fixed, fair rate. That trust-first approach remains at the core of how Killtech operates today.
In 2026, Killtech took the next step — integrating AI-powered inspection technology to give clients faster, more accurate assessments and detailed digital property reports. The goal isn't to replace the tradesperson's expertise; it's to amplify it, so every client gets more value, more clarity, and a smarter long-term plan.

David
Out in the field
David was born in Lidcombe and has lived across Lidcombe, Campbelltown, Gordon, and the Central Coast for over 40 years. That deep local knowledge — of the properties, the climate, and the communities — shapes how he approaches every job.
Before pest control, David worked across factory manufacturing, building, construction, and renovations. That hands-on trades background gave him something most pest technicians don't have: a real understanding of how buildings are put together, where vulnerabilities hide, and what it actually costs to fix them. About 10 years ago, he moved into pest and termite control — working for industry corporates where he gained his full professional licence and formal training.
Three years ago, David decided to run his own business. He'd seen too many clients get hit with inflated quotes, vague explanations, and jobs that didn't stick. His approach is different: he explains what he found, why it happened, and what you can do — practically and cost-effectively — to protect your property long-term. Not just a treatment. A plan.
The inspiration behind the business also runs deeper. David's father spent his career as a machine cleaning and operations specialist at 3M — a man who took genuine pride in precision, hygiene, and doing things properly. Growing up watching that work ethic left a lasting impression, Killtech is built on those same values: high standards, genuine care, and a commitment to protecting the places people call home.
What Sets Us Apart
Four principles that shape every job we take on.
Transparency First
We explain everything — what we found, why it matters, and what your options are. No upselling. No scare tactics. Just honest advice backed by data.
AI-Empowered Precision
Our AI inspection system maps risk zones, detects hidden activity, and generates detailed digital reports — so you have a full picture of your property's pest profile, not just a verbal summary.
Close to 10 Years in the Field
Field experience matters. We've worked across hundreds of residential, retail, warehouse, and rural properties — and that knowledge informs every inspection and treatment plan we deliver.
Long-Term Relationships
We're not here for a one-off job. We build ongoing relationships with our clients — monitoring, advising, and adapting our approach as your property and circumstances change.
AI-Powered Technology
Why AI Changes Everything
Traditional pest control relies on what a technician can see with their eyes. Our AI-assisted inspection platform goes further — thermal imaging, moisture mapping, and predictive risk scoring combine to reveal activity that's invisible to the naked eye. The result is a detailed digital property report you can keep, reference, and use to make informed decisions about your asset — now and in the future.
- Thermal and moisture mapping to detect hidden termite activity
- Predictive risk scoring based on property type, location, and history
- Digital property reports you own and can reference at any time
- Ongoing monitoring and alerts — not just a one-time treatment
